Emergency Legal & Living Support
Creole Resources is leading an Emergency Legal and Living Support campaign to protect Haitian immigrants in Spokane who are facing sudden loss of legal protection, employment, housing, and basic stability due to federal immigration policy changes.
What Is Happening
- People with valid work authorization have been fired
- Bank accounts and assets have been frozen or seized
- Families are facing eviction and food insecurity
- Parents fear being separated from their children
- Community members are being told to leave the U.S. or face detention
This is not theoretical. This is happening now, in Spokane.

Building a Home for Community, Culture, and Care
Creole Resources is conducting a capital campaign to establish a permanent, multicultural community center in Spokane. This center will serve as a long-term home for legal support, family stabilization, cultural gathering, advocacy, and language access.

Accountability & Transparency
Creole Resources does not charge families or individuals for services. All emergency support is provided free of charge. Campaign funds are tracked and used exclusively for legal support, emergency living assistance, and rights-based outreach.
