Emergency Legal & Living Support for Haitian Immigrants
Due to recent federal policy rollbacks, more than 100 Haitian immigrants in Spokane have suddenly lost legal protections and jobs. Families are facing immediate risk of deportation, housing loss, food insecurity, and financial instability.
Creole Resources is providing rapid-response legal clinics, emergency housing support, food access, transportation, and Know Your Rights outreach to protect families during this crisis.
Protect Haiti TPS — Call Your Senators Today
Nationwide, about 111,000 Haitian immigrants are employed in health-care positions, representing one of the largest foreign-born groups in the sector, as noted by the Migration Policy Institute.

Protect Haiti TPS
The Supreme Court has allowed the Trump administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians, putting hundreds of thousands of people at risk of deportation.
The House has already passed bipartisan legislation to extend Haiti TPS through 2029. The Senate has not acted.
Haiti remains in a humanitarian crisis marked by extreme gang violence and instability. Advocates argue ending TPS will disproportionately harm Black immigrant communities.
Take Action: Call your U.S. Senators today and demand they pass the House-approved Haiti TPS extension bill. Families should not be deported into dangerous conditions.
