Our core services include English Language Learning, job training, housing support, and a safe community gathering place. EMERGENCY LIVING & LEGAL SUPPORT CAMPAIGN
WHAT IS HAPPENING? There are over 600 Haitian community members in Spokane and more than 100 are now facing sudden, unjust loss of legal protection status (TPS) and jobs. These are our neighbors, families, and friends. Many who work in essential roles that are experiencing workforce shortages already; including, childcare, healthcare, and local warehouses, and have now been laid off despite most still having active work permits.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING? Targeted policy rollbacks pushed by federal administration have revoked Temporary Protected Status (TPS) & humanitarian parole without warning. Haitian immigrants are being told: “Leave the U.S. or face arrest.”
Assets are being seized. Food insecurity is rising. Families are terrified. This is a humanitarian crisis and it’s happening right here in Spokane!
